Ge 16:16 And Abram was fourscore and six years old, when Hagar bare Ishmael to Abram.
Ge 21:5 And Abraham was an hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him.
Ge 22:2 And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah ......
How only son when he had Ishmael .
How did he take Isaac when traditions say that he must take the bigger son
and so on
God did not consider Ishmael the son of Abraham because Ishmael was not the one God wanted to use. God did not want His promises to be fulfilled by Ishmael, but by Isaac. Traditions say take the bigger, but God overrules traditions of man. In fact, He tends to do the opposite of man.
THE grandfathers if Jesus : u can read in Matthew and Luke different grandfathers
Matthew 1:16 And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.
Luke 3:23 And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli,
and he has no fathers in other places .
Joseph is the son of Jacob. The verse never said Joseph was the natural son of Eli. Eli did not begat Joseph, but it implies that JESUS is the son of Eli. It is a form of genealogy, just as the bible says: Jesus the son of Matthat, Jesus the son of Levi, Jesus the son of Melchi… till you come to Jesus the son of Adam, and Jesus the Son of God; though it is true indeed that Joseph was the son of Eli, having married his daughter; Mary was the daughter of Eli: and so the Jews speak of one Mary, the daughter of Eli, by whom they seem to design the mother of our Lord.
in John
18:9 That the saying might be fulfilled, which he spake, Of them which thou gavest me have I lost none.
17:12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.
John 18:9 speaks of the elect, for they cannot be lost. John 17:12 also speaks of the elect, but is more specific in talking about the 1 betrayer.
no one can see the god face wether Moses or another
Ex 33:20 And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live. 33:23 And I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but my face shall not be seen.
But Jacop could see and still a alive !!!
32:30 And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.
Seems like the god changing his mind every moment !
You lack spiritual discernment of scripture. Jacob did not literally see God face to face, for he wrestled with someone who represented God. Just as how an angel supposedly told Mohammed the things of God, and you say it is God who wrote the Qu'ran. It was not actually God, but someone who represented Him.
The ability of the god is with no end .He can do whatever he want
Mark 10:27 And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.
But he can't do some things !!
Judges 1:19 And the LORD was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron.
amazing !! how powerfull God is that . how much this bible respect the ability of the god .! I wonder
The fact that the inhabitants had chariots of iron was no reason why God could not defeat them. The people of Judah were afraid and could not drive the inhabitants out because of their fear when they saw the chariots. This is not refering to God, but the people of Judah. God is not going to deliver something into your hands if you have fear. You have to react to His commandments in faith.
