Abortion rights supporters to launch T-V ad attacking Bush
Washington-AP -- Even as he signs into law a ban on a late-term abortion procedure, President Bush will be coming under attack in a T-V ad from an abortion rights group.
Bush will be signing tomorrow the legislation banning what critics call "partial birth" abortion. It's the first federal restriction on a woman's legal right to abortion.
A T-V ad will start airing tomorrow, criticizing Bush for signing the bill. The NARAL Pro-Choice America Foundation -- sponsor of the ad -- says the ban violates the privacy of the doctor-patient relationship.
NARAL will spend nearly a half (m) million dollars to show the ad in the key early-voting states of Iowa and New Hampshire, as well as in Washington D-C.
The ad portrays the bill as Bush's first step toward overturning the landmark Roe-versus-Wade decision.

Good luck, Bush! You'll have my vote in the '04 election. It's so sad that this society has become one that supports the murder of defenseless children. And ironically, these are probably people who protest whenever a brutal serial killer is executed.
BTW, if you'd like to read my opinion regarding the P.B.A. procedure, check out the link that is provided in my profile. You'll see the latest installment in my online diary, which also covers my thoughts on the Schiavo case, the Kobe Bryant rape allegations, and the war with Iraq.
