ArchivedAuthenticityThe dead sea scrolls do prove the authenticity of the Holy Bible. These scrolls date back to a time before Christ was born and contains prophecies of the Messiah which were fulfilled by Jesus when He was on earth. And not just anything can be a part of God's divine plan. The reason other manuscripts were rejected into the canon of scripture was because they failed a test of authenticity. Passages which are not in context with the rest of scripture/ passages which the early Church did not use/ passages which do not show any evidence of being written by the apostles or those who knew the apostles or Jesus, are not a part of God's word. It is not that hard to prove authenticity when you use a little bit of reasoning. |
