My source if the Samarqan Manuscript also know as the Tashkent Manuscript. You can view pages from it at most large musiums, some musiums like the new musium in Alexadria Egypt has it on microfilm if you want to check it for yourself. Early qurans didn't have vowel points, this is well documented. Vowel points were added at a later stage, so the fact that vowel points were added means the quran was changed. Plus words like "Allah" were also added at a later stage.
