Science, Creation & EvolutionCan God be proven scientifically?
The mentioning of Plato and Homer was not to justify their writings, but to show that their writings were their writings. Atleast we do not have to go through the claim of the Bible being corrupted. This is the point. Also, it's already been pointed out to you that if you want to see if the Holy Bible is true with its accounts, then test it. Put its teachings into practice and see for yourself. But I guess you're too prideful to do that. So, for the time being, you are like a person who denies the existance of a microbe by refusing to look into a microscope. Again you are missing the point. You initially said, "Faith grounded in what you believe is evidence." For me to say what I said the "other way around" would be like me making the initial argument that you made. All I am saying is, the evidence which Christianity uses can be the same which evolution uses. Therefore, it is a contradiction for you to say I believe those things as evidence, but you don't, because you also use those things as evidence for evolution. |
