Christian/Muslim ThreadsThe Trinity is Mathematically impossibleDid I not give you a quote where Christ said all power was given to him in heaven and on earth? Maybe you should read what I said thrice times thrice. Also, what did Christ say before He died? John 5:31-32>If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true. There is another that beareth witness of me; and I know that the witness which he witnesseth of me is true. In other words, if Christ would have called Himself God, why should that make you believe He is God anyway? Greater is a testimony coming from the mouth of others than from the mouth of the person who is being witnessed. And as already mentioned, the Father bore witness to the Son being God. You won't accept the words of man saying Christ is God, so accept the words of the one who you claim to be God when reading the Holy Bible, which is the Father--for He calls the Son "God." Also, answering-islam does believe Christ is God: http://www.answering-islam.org/Who/index.html Instead of reading title names, maybe you should read the whole article. For example, a title name might be No where does Christ say "I am God, worship me." But that does not mean the article is going to show Christ is not God. The article is going to respond to the false claims of the title and show that Christ IS God. |
