okay, there are a few stationary morals in HInduism. like dharma, the belief in samsara, and there are paths to attain salvation through the yogas. and once you attain that salvation you can break the cycle of samsara, death-rebirth.
hinduism involves the persons culture. like the castesystem, the four stages of life. but since these rarly play today, it is up to the person to pick apart hinduism and its scripture and decide for him/herself what of it applies in modern times for themselves.
it fosters a personal relationship with God. thats why everything is personal.
there are communal celebrations in hinduism, dont get me wrong.
