Archiveda literal hell? i found this article interestingYou might be under the assumption that it would save space and time if I would read these two articles, but I doubt that to be the case. Why would you expect me to see your side of this discussion by backing your statements with more human interpretations of your side? Is that what influences your decisions? It doesn't matter how many people decide to believe what another human interprets God's message, that doesn't make it infallible or have any bearing on the source being the Holy Spirit/Truth or the human mind on its own/opinion. I don't even know who these people are, and to be perfectly honest, couldn't care less what they think. That has nothing to do with me and I know that if I choose to be influenced by someone else over my own autonomous studies of the bible, then I am cutting myself off from my one source of Truth and pretty much condemning myself. No one is more qualified in our individual paths for salvation than our own selves. That is, as long as we seek guidance on that path by God, through Jesus Christ. You may make whatever assumptions about my statements that you want, and I know you will, since it is a rare thing for someone to say what I am saying, and probably considered unsound by most, which proves it to be more in line with what Jesus taught than what man teaches, and that is this: I say the things I do with much consideration, but with the confidence that my guide is Divine, not human. I don't know all there is to know, of course, no one possibly can. But when I make statements and say they are Truth, I am not doing it without 100% faith and confidence in the Holy Spirit and God, through Jesus Christ. That's all the authority and proof anyone needs, but it is hard to recognize when you won't keep your heart open to revelations. Fear closes the heart and mind, and faith opens it wide. |
