You have not established that Peter was accepted as the Pope by any of the Apostles. You have not addressed the fact that Paul was called, commissioned, and taught by Jesus Christ; not Peter or any other Apostle. You have appealed to Rome and an intepretation of Matthew 16:18 that does not hold up under closer scrutiny and Greek grammar.
You have not addressed the Council of Constantinople. The facts are Rome you cannot establish any of your traditions without interpreting your ECF's in light of later church councils and the doctrines they established.
