Science, Creation & EvolutionFlatfishesHave you even read my post? Darwin is not 'mythology', the bible is. 'Origin of Species' does not tell a story of heroes or gods, but gives us a scientific theory. Einstein's Theory of Relativity is not proven to be 100% true, but it does withstand testing every time. Shall we get rid of his theory, because we can never proof it to be absolutely, 100% correct? My exact words were: "Sure, some - perhaps a lot of things -are bound to be true, but I don't think you have a method to seperate the facts from the myths!" Especially the last part of the sentence is important: Turning H2O in WINE is myth and -as far as I know- impossible and clearly not a fact. But how can you seperate the parts of the bible that are fictional stories from those that 'state facts'? One method is assuming that EVERYTHING is true in the bible, but I've made it quite clear that this is not possible... |
