I did read your entire post and your explanation was and is inadequate to explain why Stephen saw the glory of God and Jesus, Stephen did not see Jesus as the glory of God.
Revelation 5:13-14
13 And every created thing which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all things in them, I heard saying,
"To Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, be blessing and honor and glory and dominion forever and ever."
14 And the four living creatures kept saying, "Amen." And the elders fell down and worshiped.
NAS
Revelation 6:16-17
"Fall on us and hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb; 17 for the great day of their wrath has come; and who is able to stand? "
NAS
In these verses the One on the throne and the Lamb (Jesus) are not one in number.
