Judge - properly, to distinguish, decide (mentally or judicially); by implication, to try, condemn, punish: --avenge, conclude, condemn, damn, decree, determine, esteem, judge, go to (sue at the) law, call in question.
Matthew 7
1. Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Jesus Christ also said "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment."
What Jesus was talking about in Matthew 7:1-2 was not to Judge the action's of somebody and to hold them accountable and then to pass sentence on them. To stone somebody for adultery is an example since the people doing the stoning are not free from sin themselves. To Judge the sin of adultery as wrong is not casting Judgement since the Word of God states such. To fire a Pastor for committing adultery or sleeping around is not casting Judgement but follows the Word of God concerning such matters. Jesus went beyond the Judgement of the Law into the heart of men when he spoke of Lust being the same as the sin of adultery. But since Muslims hide their women to stop their men from lusting so that they never commit the sin, so they have no need for a saviour. Sin brings about Grace.
BTW also the entire Bible judge's the heart of man which is why the World hates it. What does Jesus Christ say concerning the Judgment of Muslims?
And if any man hear my words,
and believe not,
I judge him not:
for I came not to judge the world,
but to save the world.
He that rejecteth me,
and receiveth not my words,
hath one that judgeth him:
the word that I have spoken,
the same shall judge him in the last day.
