Believer, I do not question that Scripture states we are alive in Chirst; but that new life is spiritual and does not have anything to do with saints in heaven hearing our prayers.
Romans 6:11
11 Even so consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
NAS
Romans 8:10-11
10 And if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who indwells you.
NAS
1 Corinthians 15:22-28
22 For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all shall be made alive. 23 But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, after that those who are Christ's at His coming, 24 then comes the end, when He delivers up the kingdom to the God and Father, when He has abolished all rule and all authority and power. 25 For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet. 26 The last enemy that will be abolished is death. 27 For He has put all things in subjection under His feet. But when He says, "All things are put in subjection," it is evident that He is excepted who put all things in subjection to Him. 28 And when all things are subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also will be subjected to the One who subjected all things to Him, that God may be all in all.
NAS
Ephesians 2:4-10
4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places, in Christ Jesus, 7 in order that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not as a result of works, that no one should boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
NAS
1 Peter 3:18
18 For Christ also died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, in order that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit;

Your proposal that Mary can hear and respond to millions of prayers offered at the same moment attributes divine abilities to a physically dead human being.
As to your claim that Protestants have non-Biblical this doctrines applies to Catholicism in spades since purgatory, the Marian doctrines, praying to and for the dead, and a multitude of other Catholic doctrines contradict Biblical truth.
The Marian apparitions have been debated on these thread:
