Please explain.
Paul uses a lot of metaphores and similes in his writing. In this Scripture Paul is using a building as a metaphor. The kingdom is not a building or a body, it is a location that will be prepared by Jesus:
John 14:2-4
2 "In My Father's house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. 3 "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. 4 "And you know the way where I am going." NAS
As Christians we are both sevants working in the Lord's fields and fellow heirs who will inherit the kingdom with Him.
