You went in an interpretation way funny, and friend if u beleive in the Kuran their are hundreds of verses that clearly say that Jesus is nothing but a human and slave to God.
Kai replies:
Sura states:
Sura 4:171: O people of the Book! Commit no excesses in your religion: nor say of Allah aught but the truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) a messenger of Allah, and his Word, which He bestowed on Mary, and a Spirit proceeding from him: so believe in Allah and his messengers. Say not “Three”: desist: it will be better for you: For Allah is One God: glory be to him: (Far exalted is He) above having a son.
Would you mind looking into the history of theology and check who and what the Word of God is; clearly this is a religious and philosopical title with the author of the Koran borrowed from the Syrian Christian.
In fact two of the phrases in Sura are Johannine and Trinitarian: 1) The Word of God=the Logos (John 1: 1, 14), 2) The Spirit that proceeds from him (John 15: 26). Hence the spite the fact that the passage is anti-Trinitarian it utilizes terminology which were internationally famous in Christian theological language amongst the Christians in Muhammad's time, thus the passage backs up the Trinity, sadly the author of the particular passage was unaware of the sources he was using.
So Izzat I would not be too quick in asserting that the Koran does not advocate a Trinitarian belief, that is not entirely correct.

This is simply a disparate try to hit islam by anyhow, before trying to interpret the Kuran u have to have some qualifications, and clearly u r putting ur self in a position that u look fool in, all this to try to proof that Jesus is God or son of God ?!! so what is ur point ?
Kai replies:
And would you claim Izzat, that you have the qualifications to put yourself in a position in which you can interpret the Bible?
Izzat writes:
muslims beleive in the Kuran and believe tha Jesus is not God or son of God, and do u think any muslim will buy ur very odd interpretation and leave all those clear verses ? or is ur intention ur disparate christian brothers and sisters ? they dont beleive in the Kuran so its again useless
Kai replies:
Well clear verses in the Qur'an impose upon you to believe in the Jewish and Christian Scriptures and they were read by the Jews and Christians in Muhammad's time:
“If you Muhammad are in doubt regarding that which we have revealed to thee, ask THOSE who READ the BOOK from BEFORE YOU” (Sura 10:94).
...whom they find written in the Torah and the Gospel that IS WITH THEM (Sura 7:156-157)
“Say, O people of the book! You are not founded on anything until you PERFORM the TORAH and the GOSPEL, and what was revealed to you from your Lord” (Sura 5:68-71)
Be courteous when you argue with People of the Book except with those among them who do evil. Say: “ WE BELIEVE in THAT which is revealed to us and WHICH was revealed to you. Our God and your God is one” (Sura 29:46)
O ye who believe! Believe in Allah and his Messenger, and the SCRIPTURE WHICH HE SENT TO HIS MESSENGER, AND the SCRIPTURE WHICH HE SENT TO THOSE BEFORE (HIM). Any who denieth Allah, His angels, His BOOKS, His messengers, and the day of judgement, hath gone fare astray (Sura 4:136)
These passage require you to believe in the doctrine of the Bible, e.g. that Jesus is the Son of God and God (sadly you Muslim misunderstand the Biblical meaning behind), otherwise you cannot be a Muslim. Yet I do see the problem, if you believe these doctrines you cannot be a Muslim either; thus Izzat I dare to say, that you are not a Muslim, in fact none of you are.
