It's not a question of number of words from each book, but it's a matter of how each (Yahwah and Allah) explains, understands and proclaim such words as Holy, Glory, etc. Again, if you don't want to start with the first word (Holy), then by all means, move on.
It's not a question of number of words from each book oke then.
Dear Mr newseed,
The original article of this thread is " God's vs Allah's" created by A.Slayer.
http://www.cephas-library.com/islam/isl ... allah.html
In that article, he made the comparison about God in Bible vs Allah of Muslims. He analyzed everything base on his Bible which is ok for you but REJECTED by Muslims.
The author looks unprofessional by putting oneun-necessary word at the end of the article. Such as:
Remember, the last word in Muhammad is *MAD!*
Childish.
How ever, I will use the way he presented his article (by showing you the verses of Bible). Now I will show you the word HOLY from AL-Qur'an.
Quran = 21 ( not 6) these are part of them.

059.023 Allah is He, than Whom there is no other god;- the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Source of Peace (and Perfection), the Guardian of Faith, the Preserver of Safety, the Exalted in Might, the Irresistible, the Supreme: Glory to Allah! (High is He) above the partners they attribute to Him.
AL FAT-H (48:25)
They are those who disbelieved and barred you from the Holy Mosque - and the offering detained so as not to reach its place of sacrifice - if it had not been for certain believing men and certain believing women whom you did not know, you might have trampled upon them, and so sin reached you because of (killing) them while you did not know. In order that Allah admits into His Mercy whom He will, had they (the believers) been easy to distinguish, We would have punished the unbelievers among them with a painful punishment.
SHAAD (38:1)
Saad, by the Holy Reading (Koran) of the Remembrance.
YAASIIN (36:69)
We have not taught him (Prophet Muhammad) poetry, nor does it become him. This is only a Remembrance and a Clear Holy Reading (Koran)
AL HAJJ (22:67)
For every nation We have appointed a Holy Rite which they shall perform. Do not let them dispute with you concerning the matter. Call to your Lord; surely, you are upon a Straight Path.
AL HAJJ (22:34)
For every nation We have appointed a holy ritual, that they pronounce the Name of Allah over the beast of flocks which He has provided them. Your God is One God; to Him surrender yourselves. Give glad tidings to the humble,
AL HAJJ (22:26)
And when We settled for Abraham (and Ishmael) the place of the Holy Mosque, (We said): 'You shall not associate with Me anything. Purify My House for those who circumambulate it and those who stand, for those who bow and prostrate.
AN NAHL (16:102)
Say: 'The Holy Spirit (Gabriel) brought it down from your Lord in truth to confirm those who believe, and to give guidance and glad tidings to those who surrender.'
AL HIJR (15:87)
We have given you the seven dual (verses, Al Fatihah) and the Mighty Holy Reading (Koran).
IBRAHIM (14:37)
'Our Lord, I have settled some of my offspring in a barren valley near Your Holy House; our Lord, in order that they establish the prayer. Make the hearts of people yearn towards them, and provide them with fruits, in order that they are thankful.
AL MAA-IDAH (5:21)
Enter, my people, the Holy Land which Allah has written for you. Do not turn back in your footsteps, lest you shall turn to be losers.'
AL BAQARAH (2:198)
It shall be no offense for you to seek the bounty of your Lord. When you surge on from Arafat, remember Allah as you approach the Holy Mountain of Mash'ar. Remember Him as it is He who guided you though before that you were amongst the astray.
Are those all explains the word HOLY according to Al-Qur'an?
I don't see much different with the way mr Slayer presented his article.
I will give you the tafsirs later if you want.
Salaam
And if you have read the site carefully enough, you can see how Holy is defined.
Exodus 3:5: And he said, Do not come near: take off your shoes from your feet, for the place where you are is holy. (BBE)
The author said:
"God first hallows the ground on which he walks. IF a man must approach his holy ground, he is always told to remove his shoes; God wants no "insulator" between his man and his holy ground."
Exodus 19:9-23
9: And the Lord said to Moses, See, I will come to you in a thick cloud, so that what I say to you may come to the ears of the people and they may have belief in you for ever. And Moses gave the Lord word of what the people had said.
10: And the Lord said to Moses, Go to the people and make them holy today and tomorrow, and let their clothing be washed.
11: And by the third day let them be ready: for on the third day the Lord will come down on Mount Sinai, before the eyes of all the people.
12: And let limits be marked out for the people round the mountain, and say to them, Take care not to go up the mountain or near the sides of it: whoever puts his foot on the mountain will certainly come to his death:
13: He is not to be touched by a hand, but is to be stoned or have an arrow put through him; man or beast, he is to be put to death: at the long sounding of a horn they may come up to the mountain.
14: Then Moses went down from the mountain to the people, and made the people holy; and their clothing was washed.
15: And he said to the people, Be ready by the third day: do not come near a woman.
16: And when morning came on the third day, there were thunders and flames and a thick cloud on the mountain, and a horn sounding very loud; and all the people in the tents were shaking with fear.
17: And Moses made the people come out of their tents and take their places before God; and they came to the foot of the mountain,
18: And all the mountain of Sinai was smoking, for the Lord had come down on it in fire: and the smoke of it went up like the smoke of a great burning; and all the mountain was shaking.
19: And when the sound of the horn became louder and louder, Moses' words were answered by the voice of God.
20: Then the Lord came down on to Mount Sinai, to the top of the mountain, and the Lord sent for Moses to come up to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.
21: And the Lord said to Moses, Go down and give the people orders to keep back, for fear that a great number of them, forcing their way through to see the Lord, may come to destruction.
22: And let the priests who come near to the Lord make themselves holy, for fear that the Lord may come on them suddenly.
23: And Moses said to the Lord, The people will not be able to come up the mountain, for you gave us orders to put limits round the mountain, marking it out and making it holy.
The Holiness of God can't be seen or touched which is the reason for the 'thick cloud' or else all would die because. Even Moses was shielded from the very presence of God. Holy is God therefore God is Holy.
But let's put all sources aside and just use your Qur'an and tell me, how does the Qur'an (or Allah) define Holy?
Saying "the Holy One" just does not define at all.
'Holy rites' and 'Holy Mosque' doesn't cut it either.
