My private interpretation? First, God gave Israel (not Judah) a certificate of divorce. Second, Isaiah was God's prophet to Judah (not Israel). Next, if you actually study Hosea, God takes back His adulterous wife (Israel) and forgives her all her iniquities.
Jeremiah 3:8
8 "And I saw that for all the adulteries of faithless Israel, I had sent her away and given her a writ of divorce, yet her treacherous sister Judah did not fear; but she went and was a harlot also. NAS
Isaiah50:
1 Thus says the LORD,
"Where is the certificate of divorce,
By which I have sent your mother away?
Or to whom of My creditors did I sell you?
Behold, you were sold for your iniquities,
And for your transgressions your mother was sent away. NAS
Hosea 2
1 Say to your brothers, "Ammi," and to your sisters, "Ruhamah."
2 "Contend with your mother, contend,
For she is not my wife, and I am not her husband;
And let her put away her harlotry from her face,
And her adultery from between her breasts,
3 Lest I strip her naked
And expose her as on the day when she was born.
I will also make her like a wilderness,
Make her like desert land,
And slay her with thirst. NAS
You have pulled a couple Scriptures out of context to come up with a private interpretation of God's truth.
Although men may break covenants God does not. You need to study the covenants God made with both Abraham and David instead of putting your own spin on these covenants.
Here is the covenant God made with Abraham:
Genesis 17
1 Now when Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to Abram and said to him,
"I am God Almighty;
Walk before Me, and be blameless.
2 "And I will establish My covenant between Me and you,
And I will multiply you exceedingly."
3 And Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying,
4 "As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you,
And you shall be the father of a multitude of nations.
5 "No longer shall your name be called Abram,
But your name shall be Abraham;
For I will make you the father of a multitude of nations.
6 "And I will make you exceedingly fruitful, and I will make nations of you, and kings shall come forth from you. 7 And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your descendants after you. 8 And I will give to you and to your descendants after you, the land of your sojournings, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God." NAS
Everlasting does not mean for a limited period of time.
Here is the Davidic covenant:
2 Samuel 7:12-17
12 When your days are complete and you lie down with your fathers, I will raise up your descendant after you, who will come forth from you, and I will establish his kingdom. 13 He shall build a house for My name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever. 14 I will be a father to him and he will be a son to Me; when he commits iniquity, I will correct him with the rod of men and the strokes of the sons of men, 15 but My lovingkindness shall not depart from him, as I took it away from Saul, whom I removed from before you. 16 And your house and your kingdom shall endure before Me forever; your throne shall be established forever."' " 17 In accordance with all these words and all this vision, so Nathan spoke to David. NAS
The Lord is not sitting on the throne of David, He is standing at the right-hand of God awaiting the time He will sit on the throne of David and rule from Jerusalem for a 1000 years and then for eternity after:
Revelation 21:1-4
21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. 2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He shall dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be among them, 4 and He shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there shall no longer be any death; there shall no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away. " NAS
Now in regard to your Hebrews referrences the New Covenant of Grace replaced the old Covenant of the Law, not the Abrahamic or Davidic covenants.
Now tell me why you are ignoring Romans 11?
Romans 11:25-27
25 For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery, lest you be wise in your own estimation, that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fulness of the Gentiles has come in; 26 and thus all Israel will be saved; just as it is written,
"The Deliverer will come from Zion,
He will remove ungodliness from Jacob."
27 "And this is My covenant with them,
When I take away their sins." NAS
Your private interpretations of Scripture make God out to be a liar and God cannot lie.
