Science, Creation & Evolutionjust some general logicI'm not talking about future existence. I'm talking about the chance that everything is the way it is is 1. I don't see how you can argue that. As far as probability goes, you have to compare apples with apples. There is nothing with odds with einsteins theory. When you speak of odds, you are talking about how science uses it "all the time" (which I don't agree with) but I'm saying that in order to figure out odds of something happening the way it happened. The answer is always 1. You can say what are the odds that you are reading this message. The answer is 1. You can't make a mathematical computation and say "well, i think maybe if I wasn't at my computer right now then I wouldn't be reading this" and then you could go further to say "the chances that I ended up going to my computer now instead of 1 hour earlier is 23 percent". This is simply wrong. How can you make odds of something happening that doesn't equal 1 if it already happened (and is continually happening)? Since you are always criticizing how evolution gets its evidence, why don't you find your "evidence" as to how you can come up with odds for something happening that already happened. It is an impossible task. |
