Revelation was written in Greek, not Hebrew. Nero's full name before he was adopted by Claudius was Lucius Domitius Ahenobarbus, he full name after the adoption was Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus. Neither of these names equals 666. Also Nero does not meet all the requirements for the beast of Revelation 13:1.
The name Caeser Nero, however, does equal 666. While Revelation was written in Greek it was written for Jews.
