ArchivedSome Gays Distort the Meaning of Biblical Verses“All have sinned". I love it when Christians vocalize generalities when they are asked for specifics. When Jesus ate with sinners did he rehearse their sins, or when He asked the woman at the well for water did He precede His request with a list of her husbands and the fact she was an adulterous? No, He told the woman at the well "ask Me and I will give you "rivers of living water." When Peter was sent to Cornelius did Peter bring up his sins? How about Paul and the jailor? The only time Jesus brought up the sins of any group it was the religious hypocrites and He called them hypocrites. Paul, in his epistles lists common sins that keep "believers" out of the Kingdom of God. Harping on individual sin is not part of the gospel message. If you disagree with me back it up with Scripture, not sarcastic opinions. |
