ArchivedBush supports bid to block marriage of same-sex couples
Linda, you are running qround in a circle. You make no sense with your reasoning....did GOD ever say homosexuality is a sin? NO. Your reasoning is called improper reasoning. The Syllogism you present is not factual. You have what we call in educated terms, a fallacy of an illicit major. Your reasoning: A B God Hates Sin C B Homosexuality is a Sin A C God hates homosexuality. Let me show you with another example. A B John has black hair C B Greeks have black hair A C John is Greek This is in essence saying the same thing, however we know that there is a fallicy of the illicit minor. You present two premises, God hates sin....which could or could not be true, show in the scriptures where it refers to God HATING sin. You say that homosexuality is a sin, which is NEVER referred to as a sin in the Bible, not even in the 4 scriptures that you refer to constantly...well excuse me, 4 VERSES you refer to....4 VERY SHORT, AMBIGUOUS verses, that can be interpreted many ways. And then you conclude that God HATES homosexuality.....which is not true, God does not hate, read your Bible sister. A Valid argument is one in which both premises are true, then the conclusion is true. If the premises are not true, the conclusion is false. The premises imply the conclusion. The premises provide absolute support for the conclusion. The information contained in the conclusion is completely contained in the premises. No part of your argument meets these standards. Without proof from a source, your argument is not valid. My contest for you Linda...prove your argument. |
