Personaly I think thats just plain silly.
I mean refraining from sex may very well have a religious driveing force but it has a even stronger driveing force from the medical community!
After all its the ONLY way to make sure you dont contact an STD through sexual acts.
And no it dosnt take going all the way to get an STD.
While even I say the program is darn near useless since very few teens will listion since haveing sex as a teen is a status issue at least the option of listioning is there.
Condoms can only do so much.
The pill is darn near worthless.
And most other forms arnt avalible to children yet.
The sad thing is children are haveing consitual sex at the average age now of about 14 ..there is no reasoning at that stage of life guidance is needed badly.
