LC if you will take the time to study Acts 10 you will find where the dietary laws were set aside and Acts 15 will answer the balance of your post since you don’t find Galatians 3 an adequate answer.
As to why would you be trying to do a better argument than "where in the gospels does Jesus condemn homosexuality or even mention it"? Because that has been one of the primary planks of gay theology for decades followed by questions about the dietary laws, and all the minutia of the Law.
It is like your thread on homosexuality in animals. Gay activists use this as a reason to accept homosexuality in humans; however, you don’t see heterosexuals appealing to animal behavior to justify adultery or any behavior common in animals to justify human behaviors that are anti-social or anti-Christian.
