Add to what Loki quoted:
[In Psalms 139: 13-16 (c. 500 BC)]
139:13 For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb.
139:14 I will give thanks to you, For I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well.
139:15 My frame wasn't hidden from you, When I was made in secret, Woven together in the depths of the earth.
139:16 Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, The days that were ordained for me, When as yet there were none of them
Now, when it comes to the Koran verse:
We notice that human was formed from "CLOT":
Definition of clot from any dictionary is:
From: http://www.bartleby.com/cgi-bin/texis/webinator/ahdsearch?search_type=enty&query=blood+clot&db=ahd&Submit=Search1) blood clot.
The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language: Fourth Edition. 2000.
CLOT...A semisolid gelatinous mass of coagulated blood that consists of red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets entrapped in a fibrin network
So if our Muslim friends are speaking about science: where is the formation of the human being, a clot is just a clot, no "embryo" cells that lead to the formation of the human being. For the cells that eventually produce you and all humans (and this is NOT THE CLOT): see a good illustration in this site:

So we can see that the Koran borrowed this information from previous sources, including the Bible, Old Testament here. However, Mohamed not only copied, but also got it wrong!
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE ANSWERS TO THE POINTS RAISED HERE AND ABOVE, BY OUR MUSLIM BROTHERS AND SISTERS.
Scientific answers please, with references.
