A few bibles translate the days as 1150 days. The reason for this is that when part of the prophecy was fulfilled by Antiochus in 168 to 165 BC, there was an exact 3 years of desecration. The remaining 70 days 360 x 3 + 70 = 1150. Its complicated, but I can go into it if you really want. |
