I think that most people see adultry, child molestation, thievery etc. as sins because they cause pain to others. There are innocent victims to be found in these actions. To betray your spouse, hurt a child, to take something from another are all selfish sinful actions. But when consenting adults find affection, love and a soulful connection with another consenting adult of the same gender, who are we to judge them? If we were to follow Leviticus to the letter, we would ostrasize all those who have disabilities. Where do we draw the line? Do we only condemn those that we personally find reprehensible? Where does the 'word' come in to play? I am referring to 'Judge not, lest ye be judged'.
