Well, I can only say that I feel very much like you, when it comes to compare myself a typical Western Christian with a typical uneducated Asian or African who hardly may have seen a Bible, but whose devoteness is far above what I can imagine. Especially, I have in mind the Chinese church, probably the strongest church and revival in the world, where hardly any Bibles are available.
However, what I was really considering when I wrote the last post was the emphasis on Arabic.
For example, I hear Muslims state that Arabic is the language Allah speaks, in other words, Arabic is the language spoken in heaven, and should therefore be the main language of religion and possibly the international language of the world. Would you agree with this?
Also, am I right, or am I mislead, when I say that Muslims and converts to Islam have to consider Arabic in case they want function as Muslims.
Think about it, the Shahada is in Arabic, thus any convert needs to recite a Islamic creed in Arabic (not in his own mother tongue), secondly, his own daily prayerlife requires the Arabic as well.
Thus you would need to convert or revert to him in Arabic and keep your whole communication to him in Arabic.
If this is correct, why would an allknowing and all powerful God be so
limited to one language? Why such an emphasis to Arabic?
