What I see is you commenting on things that need to be done such as giving your animals water, gathering food to eat, healing (which is helping someone)
Jesus claimed to have authority over the Sabbath, to set people free on the Sabbath, and to work on the Sabbath (Mt 12:12; Lk 13:16; Jn 5:17).
These do not support your statement
Matt 12:12 says it is lawful to do good, and not anything you want including work.
Luke 13:16 is another example of a good work
John 5:17 is not referring to a job, but to doing the will of the Father

Simple, no work from Friday evening to Saturday evening. No buying or selling with the exception of buying food and if someone is in need of immediate assistant. Staying focused on God (this could further be explained by Is 58.
Except buying food (gathering something to eat) and
if someone is need of assistance (a good deed)
They do not conflict at all...
