ArchivedId like to ask a question to muslims...Yes sure, I believed that Hz. Isa (AS) was never crucified, he was ascended to heaven etc. But I didn't know the reason he was sentenced to death. As far as I see here, there is a compilation of articles from different web sources, I'd like to ask you if you kindly give me links to all (or if it is one article)... Also as far as I know, from the article, although koranic references the Surah 3: 55, Surah 4: 157-159, Surah 5: 116-12, Surah 5: 112-115, Surah 3: 48-54, Surah 5: 110-111 give a great deal of information who Isa was and his commission by allah, they don't give an explicit explanation as to what the reason was for Isa's sentence to death. I have seen biblical references in the article, and I'd like to know where they are derived from. I am surprised to see these references. Some parts are almost like reading from the bible. I'd like to know how the author gets the fine detail in his article like "Jesus smiled and assented" "She took out a bottle of perfume from her garments, knelt before his feet and washed them with perfume and tears, and then dried his feet with her hair" etc... (If I was a muslim) I'd have preferred to see and trust hadith/koran to see this information about Isa. As other friends posted articles, throw away the bible, historical evidence shows that Isa was worshipped as God, he claimed to be God. I will stick with what you said a few posts above, about how Isa exposed Jews and their corruption and that was the reason they plotted against Him, which is partially correct in my opinion. But for this reason, convinving a Roman governor should be sort of difficult. That Jesus was plotting against the security of the Roman Empire should have nothing to do with jews and religious leaders being corrupt and being against allah's message. At least why would Romans care, or why would they believe this accusation? Jews at the time were very religious and they worshipped the only God. I believe to reach a conclusion in this matter we should only check what history says, not the Bible nor koran... Thanks for your time oneGod. God Bless... |
