~ you're out of context and your quoting is less that accurate ~
I have not confussed you, its just that you are not getting the answer you imagine.
Unless the Lord builds a house, those that labour ~ labour in vain.
You say you sin a little here and there! How obsurd!! A little sin works through the whole body...You cannot be a little sinner while another is a big sinner!!
Is this not your own human response? Is not your blindness that of unbelief.
You have not prayed about this or the Holy Spirit would be communicating to you. All you hear is the clanging of symbols...!
You are off base, you are reading wrongly, interpreting wrongly, quoting like you know what you are talking about, puffed up with pride!...It is true, that if you continue to sin, then you have neither seen him or known him as the scriptures have said. Its pretty clear that your confession is that you sin, maybe not every day but some days...how very odd and very hypocritical for I am not judging you but you freely judge me!! and you cannot descern its meaning!
But God is clear to our understandings, and you are harsh with yours!
You who look for a judge to judge me, you have already judged yourself!
Christ died to set us free from sin.
We have been made whole, sanctified, purified filled with the Holy Spirit, loved, guided and made aware all while we yet live. Shall you condem me before God? Are you rather not condeming yourself! Who's words shall you say, what voice do you hear? Do you even know or understand the difference??
Sin is like vomit, sin is like dung. It appears you have a relationship with sin, believing that it lives in you and all through your memebers! Unless of course you only sin in certain area's...its all a little confussing don't you think...you want a yes or no...I have given you the answer, the hope of my salvation from the very get go... but you have passed over it with ignorance, pride and self justification.
"In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them." For we preach not ourselves, but christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus sake. For God, who cmmanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ...." II Cor. chapter 4
I would imagine that when you sin and you say the Spirit convicts you that possibly you are angry that I can walk around without this conviction?
You are off in your perception. If you are a believer that says you still sin, and have it in you and God has said that in Christ you do not...then one of you is a liar. Shall you say that Christ lies!! Its one or the other, luke warm he spues out of his mouth!! How can I word this without offence! The focus is not me! The focus is not you!! The focus is Jesus ~ The author of our faith! Wherefore the law was our school master to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. Does this mean nothing to you??
~ But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a school master. For you are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. Galations 3
Shall it be said that the children of God contain sin in them through Jesus! Is it not the opposite, that through Jesus we are cleansed from sin...how many times must I repeat the same thing to you. If you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
I glory in the cross...where is it that you glory?
I am sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise...which seal do you bear?
Your question is for yourself. If you continue to confess that you have sin in you that the Holy Spirit is convicting you of, maybe that is enough to tell you something is not quite right. I would even say that your "sin" is of a repetitive nature. Would God not help you to see clearly so as to not circle?
What ever measure you judge, this shall be your judge for love works not in judgement but through grace...love is not an operant that works ill towards its neighbour. Where does Christ dwell in you...is it not in your heart and mind? Wherefore does sin come from? Do you not know that God came in the flesh to release us from our ignorance?? How can we be of one mind when that mind is Christ and you say it has sin in it?
who do you belong to ~ It is you that needs to be accountable and stop blaming sin for your actions! saying its something that you repent of...its not working because you keep doing what you don't want to...or you keep doing what you want to but call it human nature sin that is something you cannot rid yourself of only ask for forgiveness from...I don't know about you, but your belief is back and forth...I do not sin but I also do not glory in myself for this, I glory in Christ Jesus who is able to subdue all things unto himself.
I suppose you have not learned to be content in him. You still think that you are in charge...as you confess that you sin, not the devil but you sin...where does sin come from?? By your mouth you are healed, by your confession you are saved. I hear no true confession, only that you believe its good enough for you to call yourself a Christian but not walk as one. Sin is powerless unless you believe it has power, it cannot touch you...where is your faith?
