BISMILLAHIRRAHMAANIRRAHIIM
So what offended you to make the above statement?
Nothing, just dissapointed. I thought we are sharing knowledge. But I realize know you are having fun by attacking.
fdjohan wrote:I am preparing what you want for the sake of your knowledge about Islam. Actually there is no of my intention of comparing the your's and mine because I come here not to attack anybody.
It's not Islam that I am wanting to know but instead what is inside the Qur'an itself. However, if you can get the explanation from Allah, then by all means post the verses.
fdjohan wrote:Before I post the answer, let me ask you this.
You said:
Allah even has trouble explaining Glory because he has none
That word is sound a CONCLUSION. You must have learned about ALLAH.
Tell me how you analyze everything untill you come to such conclusion and tell me the sources you've got.
It doesn't matter if I have already drawn my own conclusion or not. Let's keep the focus here and bring me the verses what Allah says about holy.
Then you talking nonsense. A wishful thinking.
OK.
You are confused. You Do not know the differences between Al-Qur'an and your own Bible. And you also seems do not know what you are talking about.
Is it just by counting the number of words means ALLAH fails to explain about his Holiness?
Now let me talk about the article of mr Slayer as your source.
Mr Slayer keep making mistakes about the amount of words him-self and he confused about the concept of God in Islam and Christianity.
He talk about the word "FATHER"
Keyword: "Father" ("Heavenly Father")
Quran = 63
Scripture = 979
(627 = ot; 352 = nt)
And he brought the verses about HEAVENLY FATHER
Matthew 6:9-- After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
How in the world you can find HEAVENLY FATHER in AL-Qur'an? That's not the concept of Al-Qur'an. Al-Qur'an rejects this kind of concept.
Mr Slayer claim ZERO for the word "I AM THE LORD" do you believe him?
Why did he miss this one?
079.024
YUSUFALI: Saying, "
I am your Lord, Most High".
I am your lord --- I am the LORD--what is the different?
He talked about "Holy Ghost"
Key phrase: "Holy Ghost"
Quran = 0
Scripture = 90
How in the world you can fin that word in Al-Qur'an?
He even said :"Be not mistaken; the Quran flatly rejects Jesus as the Son of God, and tries to reason that God can't have a son"
OK then, so why he comes up with the word HOLY GHOST?
Something wrong with this guy.
About "LAMB"
Keyword: "Lamb"
Quran = 0
Scripture = 105
He makes his statement:
"A sacrificial lamb was a type of what would lead to God's
ultimate sacrifice for sin: Jesus, God's perfect Lamb."
Of course because AL-Qur'an rejects that concept.
You copied something from a cofused guy.
That's the same as we are asking you:" Where is the word HAJJ and UMRO and Shalat in Bible? BIBLE has NONE".
Back to focus.
ALLAH has HIS own way to explain the HOLY of HIM.
[4] translated by Yusuf Ali:
O ye who believe! Approach not prayers with a mind befogged, until ye can understand all that ye say,- nor in a state of ceremonial impurity (Except when travelling on the road), until after washing your whole body. If ye are ill, or on a journey, or one of you cometh from offices of nature, or ye have been in contact with women, and ye find no water, then take for yourselves clean sand or earth, and rub therewith your faces and hands. For Allah doth blot out sins and forgive again and again.
Holy explained by the act of purity when you want to have contact with ALLAH (in Shalat). So ALLAH HIM self explained to us the HOLINESS of HIM. Is that mean that ALLAH fails to explain about his HOLY-NESS?
[5] O ye who believe! when ye prepare for prayer, wash your faces, and your hands (and arms) to the elbows; Rub your heads (with water); and (wash) your feet to the ankles. If ye are in a state of ceremonial impurity, bathe your whole body. But if ye are ill, or on a journey, or one of you cometh from offices of nature, or ye have been in contact with women, and ye find no water, then take for yourselves clean sand or earth, and rub therewith your faces and hands, Allah doth not wish to place you in a difficulty, but to make you clean, and to complete his favour to you, that ye may be grateful.
Same thing. ALLAH explained the HIS HOLINESS not merely by WORD HOLY, but this verse explains us HIS HOLINESS.
With the words Quds, Al-Quddus, Muqaddas and Muqaddasah ALLAH gave us, we understand clearly what the word HOLY means.
Muslims has no problem with that. Why is that bother you?
