Firstly, I want to explain to you what the word Tilawa means, it means a way of recitation of the Quran, A WAY not meaning reading different words with different meanings, no the same words, but with different (sounds or phonics)you can say .
And no, the case is not the same with the writting of the Quran, because firstly Muhamed(pbuh) was illiterate, he didn't know how to read or write, he didn't write down the Quran....the Quran was learned by heart, then written down and revised by the prophet and the poeple who knew it by heart......it isn't a gathered wok of different poeple, each telling his own view or opinion about certain issue.....
What proves my point is that there's no contradicting verses in the Quran.
The Muslims believe in the original scriptures revealed to the prophets, this applies to both the Old and New testament...muslims are not biased against christians or christianity or any other belief....the thing that most christians think of when it comes to muslims is that muslims Hate them, on the contrary, if we try to discuss faith issues with our christian brothers and sisters, we make it out of love and care...not out of hatred....we are ordered to transfer what we believe is the truth to every human being on this earth, not by force, on the contrary again, if we try to force someone to accept Islam, we'll be punished, because faith by force and not originating from the deep heart and mind is not a true acceptable faith.
About the Old testament, the same applies, and I don't need to say more than what is written in Jre. 8:8......it's a clear confession of corruption by the Jews themselves about the Torah.
The thing that separates christianity from islam is that the Quran doesn't contradicts itself, doesn't teach trinity, doesn't teach the Sonship of Jesus to God, doesn't teach the original sin theory, doesn't teach Jesus crucifixion for the sins of all poeple.
Whereas for the bible, it teaches the opposite to what I wrote about Quran+contradicts itself and contradicts the Old testament in so many places....which I will come to them later....maybe in my coming posts....
Be!That's the Word of God....it's written very clearly in the verse...the creation of Jesus was in the same manner as that of Adam.....by God's word.
It is not a matter of which book was older, because of course Jesus came before Mohammed....it's about the truth and the proofs of that truth....
The Quran didn't mention the death of Jesus, he was raised to heaven, but not dead....by the way, my mother tongue is Arabic, which you know of course is the original language of the Quran, and it's never said in the Quran anywhere that Jesus died on the cross or by any other way...
And excuse me I didn't recognise the verse that you've written...that's why I can't comment on it....if you can, refer to it when you find it.
And muslims of course believe in the second coming of Jesus (pbuh) as foretold by Muhammed(pbuh)...it's one of the signs near the judgment day....he will live on earth for 40 years...not days.
The Quran and the bible don't agree on everything about Jesus(pbuh)...as I just said....compare the teachings of the Quran with the teachings of nowadays bible to see the differences.

Muslims are not the only ones who believe that Jesus (pbuh) is mortal and not a god. The Jews also believe this, in addition to the very first groups of Christianity such as the Ebonites, the Cerinthians, the Basilidians, the Capocratians, and the Hypisistarians. The Arians, Paulicians and Goths also accepted Jesus (pbuh) as a prophet of God. Even in the modern age there are churches in Asia, in Africa, the Unitarian church, the Jehovah's witnesses, and even the majority of today's Anglican Bishops do not worship Jesus (pbuh) as God.
In the British newspaper the "Daily News" 25/6/84 under the heading "Shock survey of Anglican Bishops" We read
"More than half of England's Anglican Bishops say that Christians are not obliged to believe that Jesus Christ was God, according to a survey published today. The pole of 31 of England's 39 bishops shows that many of them think that Christ's miracles, the virgin birth and the resurrection might not have happened exactly as described in the Bible. Only 11 of the bishops insisted that Christians must regard Christ as both God and man, while 19 said it was sufficient to regard Jesus as 'God's supreme agent'"

"And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." John 17:3.....Wasn't it a good opportunity for Jesus to say that he is God and we should worship him?
The Church, as Heinz Zahrnt put it "put words into the mouth of Jesus which he never spoke and attributed actions to him which he never performed." One of those who has shown that most of what the church says about Jesus is baseless is Rudolph Augustein in his book "Jesus the Son of Man." Another very comprehensive study of this matter can be found in the book "The Myth of God Incarnate" which was written by seven theologian scholars in England in 1977 and edited by John Hick. Their conclusion in this matter is that Jesus was "a man approved by God, for a special role within the divine purpose, and..... the later conception of him as God incarnate ... is a mythological or poetic way of expressing his significance for us." See also John Mackinnon Robertson's "Christianity and Mythology" T.W Doane's "The Bible Myths and their Parallels in Other Religions" (A good summary of these studies is available in M.F. Ansarei, "Islam and Christianity in the Modern World").
A University of Richmond professor, Dr. Robert Alley, after considerable research into newly found ancient documents concludes that
"....The (Biblical) passages where Jesus talks about the Son of God are later additions.... what the church said about him. Such a claim of deity for himself would not have been consistent with his entire lifestyle as we can reconstruct. For the first three decades after Jesus' death Christianity continued as a sect within Judaism. The first three decades of the existence of the church were within the synagogue. That would have been beyond belief if they (the followers) had boldly proclaimed the deity of Jesus."
