jmc5682, there may be more gay people than studies show, but it is a long way from less than 3% of the population to 10%.
God doesn't want constant worship He wants our love, which is demonstrated by obedience and fellowship through prayer. As to how you decribed heaven, it is a bit off. The KJV has Jesus saying He is going to prepare mansions in heaven for us, which is more properly translated dwelling places. Also our home in heaven will be a luxurious place but we will not have riches since we won't need riches. If you have read the Bible then you would have found the answer to your question concerning husbands and wives in heaven as Jesus said their will be no marriage or giving of marriage in heaven. The church is the bride of Christ, so we will not need or want spouses.
Does God send gay people to hell? Yes and no; God will judge mankind based on His perfect justice. God will use the same criteria for all mankind and what God labels sin is not an orientation but a behavior. All sexual immorality is sin, which means straights who live immoral lives will also be judged.
As to God asking Abraham to sacrifice his son Isaac, an untested faith is no faith at all. The tangible evidence for faith is to use the faith God has given to all mankind.
What kind of God would kill millions of people with earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, volcanos, starvation, AIDS, cancer, MS? Why would God let a child die?
Other than the fact we live on an unstable planet that is the reason for earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, and volcanos why blame God for these natural disasters? The primary way HIV/AIDS is transmitted in by sexual immorality so why blame God for what men and women choose to do? And if you believe in evolution then why blame God for imperfect genes that cause cancer and MS?
Now since you don't want to address Scripture (which was written by human being under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit) then there is no way to respond to why cancer, MS, and other diseases ravage the human race or to offer you a way to find your tangible evidence for the existence of God.
