Okay Alpha. Thanks
Lady Fatima,
Yes I know that many Christians believe that. However, my point was that God does not have a human aspect to Him. He’s not like His creations. There’s no such thing as a half-God. If he’s God, he should possess all the qualities of God
God wouldn't of had a human aspect to Him if He didn't walk the earth.
And Jesus wasn't half God. He was FULLY God and FULLY human.
God is not born!!! God has no beginning and no end, and He isn’t born to one of his own creation, regardless of whether it was a virgin birth. His own creation does not give birth to Him. I can’t believe you actually believe that God was born. This is the most absurd idea I’ve ever heard
God was born OF THE FLESH as Jesus Christ. He Himself wasn't created.
Jesus wouldn't of been a true human if He suddenly appeared from behind a tree!
As human beings Believer we use intelligence that God gave us to interpret a so-called book of God. You’re right, the word actual “limit” is not present, however, the verse instead of saying that he reigns over the heavens and the earth, says he’s reign is over the house of Jacob. If you read the Qur’an, several times God makes it clear that He is the all powerful, the king of the heavens and the Earth.
"In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence. 14 He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed.
Daniel 7: 13-14
Daniel saw the Son of Man, Jesus Christ.
He recieved full dominion over ALL people, nations, and all men.
His kingdom is everlasting.
Only the Father is at liberty to reveal when the End shall be.
The Father isn't God by Himself. He is the Will of God, if I may put it.
Why was Jesus subserviant to the Father if He was also God?
Doesn't seem to add up, huh? Am I so blatantly mislead?
The fact that the Father is the Will of God, this should explain itself.
The Son and Spirit, although coequal with the Father, do not act on their own accord.
And fig trees can have fruit still on them even during a later season.
This tree still had it's leaves, so it wasn't the dead of winter.
It could easily of been in the middle of Fall.
There’s no such thing as half-God, half –man. He’s either human or God. He can’t be both because it is not the quality of God to be sleeping, eating and drinking. I repeat, God almighty does not possess human aspects!!!
IF God came to this world, is He INCAPABLE of being 100% human and 100% divine?
Also, for Jesus to be truly human He would of needed to eat, drink, sleep.
You don't understand this?
This was to fulfill a prophecy
What can I say?
Jesus fulfilled it.
However, if he’s God, then his actions do not seem Godly
Anger is NOT sinful. Jesus wasn't sinning.
Anger at the right time is very necessary in some situations.
In this case it was 100% justifiable.
I don’t believe that I wrote that he was enticed by the devil. By the mere statement that a devil tempted God, shows that he is not God. How could God be tempted, especially by the wicked devil?
Then you don't know what tempting means.
Were you ever tempted by something? You were enticed.
This wasn't enticed. Satan attempted to tempt Jesus into doing incorrect things.
filled with wisdom
Does "filled with" mean "growing"?
I gotta worry about ya.
That's why he's a messenger of God. He was fully obedient to God, and carried out His will.In Mark 10:27, we are told that with God, all is possible. Jesus clearly says that he can’t of himself do anything, because all power belongs to the one who created Him. Jesus, the Messiah, is a Messenger of God. He is not God, because he does not possess the qualities of God.
No. He was SENT by the Father to fulfill a mission.
He was obediant to His Will, the Father.
Have you ever made the descision to do something, but felt anxious about it? You ever question yourself or talk to yourself?
Jesus was NOT created, He was BEGOTTEN.
Why didn’t he have enough time to travel the world
It wasn't His purpose! Jesus had to fulfill the prophecies!
He has a very important and specific mission to carry out.
"Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you." Matthew 7:6
Ah! I now what that means!
Have you ever heard that saying "don't throw your pearls to the swine"
This means don't give good advice to a fool, and other proverbial meanings.
Jesus wasn't made. He was begotten through Mary.
Jesus wasn't created.
Why did He have a virgin birth?
Does God do parlor tricks?
No! This had a very important purpose.
Jesus was preexisting before birth, so He transcended to earth through the virgin birth. In this sense Jesus was begotten.
Jesus wasn't created from two sex cells, He obviously preexisted.
Peace.
